MY BLOG , MONDAY 22.10.2012 The second hour on our timetable was English lesson. Teacher was a little bit late because she had to do some things in the School's Office.. When she came back she told me to write a blog. And Peter had to write on the blackboard about the one word she chose. And then she explained to us our new topic. I is named: reflexive pronouns. We did some examples in our notebooks. Examples: I hurt myself. You didn't wash yourself properly. Fiona dances by herself… And then we played a game. Everyone had to show and tell what they like to do. It was lots of fun. Then we had to do some tasks in our books. 10 minutes before the end of the lesson she went out of class. Because she had to give the announcement about test some people had to write. When she was gone we had to do some exercises. It was very fun lesson but we had to do a lot of homework. EVA, class 8.b

Our lesson started at 11.20 and our teacher came in. We were all very scared, because we knew that she will be asking us for marks. She asked Žana and Nik and they both got mark 3. I needed to write a definition of a phrasal verb on the blackboard. Then we needed to do some exercises in our workbooks. Then we checked the exercises and the lesson ended. Patricija, class 8b

Tuesday, october 16, 2012 We had an English lesson at 7.40. We were all sleepy because it was early in the morning. First we checked our homework. Then we listened a dialog on CD. After listening we had to do some exsercises at books. We learned when you must use one or ones and read the remember box. Our teacher gave us a homework and then was the end of the lesson. The 5th hour on our school timetable was English. At this time we were all a little bit tierd. First we checked our homework. And then we had to solve 1 task on the page 13 in our work books, which talks about shopping. We talked about it for a while now, and because of that teacher decided that we must have our verbal presentation till the end of November. It will be about shopping. We also read remember box, which is talking about this: one/ones This green T-shirt is nice. Have you got one in smaller size? How much is that one. Which one? The one with lots of pockets. So it is about a talk in a shopping mall and how you have to ask for something you want to buy. And what the shop assistant answers you. At the end we played some dialoges. Žana, class 8

My Blog We were at the English class at 10:25 and we were all a little bit tired, because we started at 7:40. Teacher told Žana to write about this word: put up with. And she told me to write a blog. Teacher told us to do some dialoges with your class mate. She also explained how to do it. After this we listened to a recording about 1 task in the book. Then we had to read Grammar time out. It is about noun plurals with f example: wife--> wives, loaf --> loaves, wolf --> wolves. We didn't have to write it because it isn't so hard to remember. She also told us a story about king Henry the 8th. This is what I remember about the story: He had 6 wives. Because he wanted a son, because he needed the next king and there were no queens in that time. So he needed a boy child. After this story she said we must do some worksheet in our workbooks. She gave us homework and that was the end of the class! Tjaša, class 8b

When the teacher came to class, we greeted each other. Then she told us to make a shop. Then we played a dialogue between a shop assistant and a customer. I bought and sold many things. Then we read something in the textbook to learn how to make a dialogue. We needed to seel more hings to earn more money. The bell rang and we had to clean up the classroom and we could go. At The English Classroom First we came to the classroom and played. Then came a teacher and we said ''Good morning''. After that, she told us what to do First we checked our homework from the last day. Then we listened to the radio and read a dialog ourselves . We are at subject At the Supermarket. It's a really good subject because we talk about food. But English is my favourite subject. Then we drew down pictures in the notebook. After that ,we answered the questions at the bottom of the page. Then we wrote down remember box and wrote something little in the book. Then our hour was over and we went out of classroom. It was really good hour and we learned verr useful, good new things. Andraž, 8.b

Today we first checked our homework. It took us a lot of time to do that. Next we did the exercise 12 in our exercise books, when we finished, we checked it. Then we drew the refigerator in our notebooks and we asked our neighbours about its content. The teacher didn't give us a lot of homework just to the ones that didn't finish drawing their refigerator. The word today was: give away. Monday 8th of October

Monday 8th of October Today was a very funny lesson of English. First we had to talk with our schoollmates about our weekend. We had to tell what we did and what we studied,but I found out, that everyone had fun. I also heard what Patricija did at the weekend. Then we cheched our homework about Countable and Uncountable nouns. We had to do 3 pages of exercises. Our homework was not so difficult, because we understood it. But we also saw, that we will have to study about it. After that we had to draw a fridge with open door and it that fridge we had to draw food like in the book. But our lesson finished quickly and we didn't do all the work. So for the homework we had to do this. And tomorrow we will make dialogues like this: Sudent 1:Is there any cheese in the fridge? Student 2:Yes,there is some cheese in the fridge or there is not any cheese in the fridge. I am sure,that we will have fun!

We started our lesson greeting. Then we checked our homework. Then our teacher gave as a paper with main periods in English history. We had to write main information in English history. While we were doing that our teacher was asking the words from our dictionary for grates. For homework we had to do exercises 4, 5 and 6 in ours workbooks and wrote 4 new words in ours dictionaries.
