On Thursday we had class with another group. We watched the movie School of Rock. I watched this movie several times because I have it on CD. Last time I watched it more than 2 years ago, but I still know what is gonna happen or sometimes what they are going to say. We had English leson on Monday. Our teacher for Slovene was not in school so we had a teacher for English. It's our first leson this day so we are very sleepy. But we listened to the presentation of our classmates. They were very good and we learn a lot about this. One classmate had a povertly and another had a terrorism. A terrorism and poverty are very big problems in world. This presentation are very interesting so we eagerly listened our classmates. They also got very good reviews. Today we had English at 11:20am. , because it wasn't early we weren't tierd or sleppy. We had presentations about violent toys which were talking about how we can stop using them, in the presentation there were also many companies which were working against violent toys. Anamarija had presentation about rainforest. And Patricija had presentation for wars. After these presentations we also talked about it. We had to write about everything on presentation. We were all listening. A few minutes later the bell rang and we all went out.

Our lesson started at twenty-five minutes past ten. Now we are learning about Present Perfect so first we checked our homework. Then we started doing exercises in our book in pairs. We had to ask and answer in past perfect and then wrote sentences in our notebooks. When we finished we had to do some pages in our notebook. First we waited our teacher to start the lesson. Then we did some exercises in book. At first we learned about expressing quantities. We talked about Cointable ( a lot of, some, many, few) and Uncountable nouns ( a lot of, some, much, little). We did exercise 1a and 3 alone and then checked it. Exercises 2a and 5 we did together. Then we read a Grammar time out. For end we talked about pronunciation. We spelled word with r. For homework we had to learn unit 3 becouse next week she started to asked us for grade. I think today's english was realy good. First mrs Oroz did a power point about The green Earth or something like that. On a tuesday we all had to do two teams that the teacher gave us and tell something about it. There was all about The green Earth and that we people will destroy it. Together we read it. First we were waiting on teacher. And the english class was 5th on the time table so we weren't sleppy at least I wasn't. We first checked our homework in our work books. Teacher also send Anamarija to the board to write about 2 words they were: Chicken out which means to be scared. After that we were working on something in our English books. We listend a voice clip on the radio and we had to write some sentences in our notebooks. We listend it for I don't know 3 or 4times maybe. We also had one table that we had to fill in our books. After that we also were doing something in books again. Because we didn't finish that table in books we did it at last. We had to write some sentences. English class began at 8:30. First we were waiting on teacher. She came in and we said hello to her. Later we started the new chapture,unit 3. It is talking about house works. It was easy and interesting. We were doing something in our workbooks and we wrere talking to our naighbours about our house works actually about daily chores. We also read the remember box, it was talking about past simple because we have to know it because we are going to do present simple after a while. Later the teacher asked to choose one global issue and we are going to represent it to our class. And we also were talking about the diference between than and then and about apostrophy. In the world there were many people without a drinking water. Many people die every day, because of this. The third hour on our Timetabla was English. The second group was with us because their teacher wasn't at school. Before the begining we spilt papers. We were watching the movie Home by Yann Arthus-Bertrand. We were watchig the movie the previous day ,but we didn't look up to the end. We know that in some parts of the world people don't have money and food. Some frozen parts are already melting and in a few years will be all melted water will be increased to 7 meters. On papers we received, we have to put words from one side of the list to the right place because we didn't have all resolved. We didn't look at the film to the end because we were overtaken by a bell. for homework we had complete responses and look to the end of the movie. teacher has written on the board also questions on which we have to answer. Today on our English lesson we came in class and talk , then our teacher came in and our hour was start. She told us what we will do. She gave us a worksheet and she told us what she wanted us to make. We watched a movie "HOME" and we completed the sentences. The film was talking about our university , our Earth , future and about Eearh history. It was very interesting video. Than we reviewed our tests. i think we have done a great job, because when I asked my class mates they all said that they have almost everything right. The first hour on our timetable was English. It was still early and we were sleepy. When the teacher came to class we welcomed her. This day was missing a lot of children. She explained new topic to us - questions with like. She wrote some examples on the blackboard. ( what does he look like?- he is tall and pretty. What is he like?- he is funny and nosy. What does he like?- he likes reading). It wasn't very difficult. We also looked at some tasks in the book for which we described a person with the help of the table. It was very interesting. Then she gave us some exercises in workbook and Katja had to write about one word she chose. When we finished, the teacher started asking. We were all neervous. First was questioned Živa. She had to describe a picture and she chose some slips and she had to tell the definitions of words. She also had to describe some stories. We all got excellent reviews. We were all happy. Today we had english. First we had to do some exercises in our books. It was all about clothes. In exercise 1a we had to write down thoes people who had for example scarfs. Than we had to do exercise 1b. That was the easiest of them all. You just had to write down some numbers. Then on another page we had to work in pairs. We listened to music that is called "We are the World" and one other but I don't remember the name it was English and "We are the World" is the American version. We were reading a text in our English books about solidays that is a charity event. She also told us about what we have to know and she said that we have to learn all the second unit. Today we had super English. Not because our teacher Suzana Oroz was sick but because we had a lot of fun. We had English teacher Mrs. Sonc Slenc. She sad that we could play a game if we are quiet and nice. First we did some exercises in workbook. Boys were very naughty and some of them were always talking. Sadly we didn't play any games because there were too much exercises to do and teacher was always reminding us to be quiet. But she said that we will play games tomorrow. The second hour on our timetable was English. Teaher was a little bit late. When she came we greeted each other. Then Živa had to write on the blakboard about one word she chose. Then we did some exercises in book. We had to to put corret verb forms into the setences. Then we all read it. It was vey interestng. We also read a rule in book of past continuous tense. And teacher explained it to us .Then we listened to a story. It was very funny. And then we had to put paragraphs of this story in the right order. Then we all checked it. We were talking about our nightmares. We wrote the story in the notebook and it had to contain at least 10 sentences. Then we had the stories submitted to our teacher and then she reviewed our stories. Then we did exercise 11. We were listening to descriptions of sudden events. We filled in the table. On Tuesday we had English on our school timetable at 11:20 it was almost last hour of school so we were all pretty tired. When the bell rang we went back to our desks. At our English class we talked about earthquakes. And we listend to a tapescript on the radio. And it was telling us about how can we protect ourselves from earthquakes. And at the botom there was also a dictionary. And we had to read them and if we didn't understand them we had to write them down in our dictionaries. And then we watched some videos on you tube. And then the bell rang so we went out of the class. I think this English class was full of knowledge because I learned a lot about earthquakes and now I know what to do if I feel the ground shaking. And then we listened to something about eartquakes from book. For homework we have to write down some questions about text which we listened. We came into our English class. And first thing we did was: we translated the word ˝earthquake˝. Then we talked about eartquakes in the world and in Europe. And then she asked us if we know where is the danger of earthquake in Slovenia. And then she told us about one earthquake in San Francisco. We also listened to a tapescript on the radio. Four people were telling us about their experience on the day of the earthquake. And there were 68 dead people it was horrible. And people in California are still frightened because it can strike again. We also wrote some words in our notebooks that we didn't understand. This whole hour was about eartqueakes. At the end teacher gave us some homework and then the bell rangso we went out of the class.

It was the second day after holidays so we were all still very tired and sleepy. We started English class at 9.35. Teacher said to us that we have to describe a new year's party. It could be made up or it could be real. Some of my classmates had some very good parties I don't know if they were made up or not. After a while the teacher gave us some work, we had to do something in our workbooks We were doing it until the end of the class and the rest was for our homework. Our English class ended. Today we had another English lesson. It was the first one after New Year's holidays. Today, two students joined us. At the beginning of the lesson we talked about our parties for Christmas and New Year and then we had to write what were people doing on our parties. Then we opened our books and did some exercises. And then we played a game. We had to look at the picture in notebooks. It was a picture of a park and people. We watched it for one minute and then we closed our books. Two pupils stood in front of the board and asked questions about the picture that we had to answer. But soon the lesson was over. For our homework we got page 43 in our workbooks.
